A Paleo diet is what I find to be the healthiest way to eat because its nutritional approach is based on how our ancestors lived. It takes food back to the primal ages where what you ate was beneficial to your genetics helping you stay lean, strong, and energetic. Shifting into a paleo diet removes the foods that are at odds with our health and it increases your intake of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
Along with my paleo lifestyle, I follow the Primal Blueprint principles to help make important lifestyle choices. It helps me model my life in a way that promotes optimal health and wellness. It’s really common sense, but sometimes you just need to spell it out!
