I’m so bad at sticking to workout routines, so I was hesitant to try Oath & Grind’s 30-Day Fitness Challenge. But I’m so glad I did! The challenge was the perfect way to get my back into training after having my second baby. The workouts were challenging but achievable, and Susan’s lists and calendar make it easy. By the end of the challenge, I felt stronger and more confident than ever before. And I continue to use the workouts and recipes from the Oath & Grind blog as part of my regular routine!
