When it comes to fitness, I’m a bit of a skeptic. I’ve tried all sorts of programs and products, but most of them seem like a waste of time and money. So when a friend recommended the Oath & Grind 30-Day Challenge, I was hesitant at first. But after just a couple weeks of using the program, I was able to see amazing results! I saw the entire challenge through to the end and this month I’m doing it again before the holidays because I know it REALLY works.
