This simple little dressing works well on more than salads. Try spooning it over a buddha bowl, roasted veggies, tacos, and sandwiches!
- 1 large avocado
- 1 handful of cilantro
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2-4 Tbsp. water
- lime juice from 1 lime
- 2 large garlic cloves
- 1 tsp. sea salt
1. In a food processor, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more water for a thinner dressing.
2. Pour into an airtight container and drizzle over anything in sight!
3. Store in the fridge. Dressing will last for about 5-7 days.
