Cilantro Avocado Lime Dressing

Store bought salad dressings are notorious for hiding calories, fat, and sugar. Before drizzling bottled dressing on your lunch this afternoon, check the nutrition facts and see for yourself. It’s really surprising! In order to save you the unneeded calories and boost the flavor in your salad, try this delicious dressing! 

This simple little dressing works well on more than salads. Try spooning it over a buddha bowl, roasted veggies, tacos, and sandwiches!


(Serves: 4 | Time: 5min)

- 1 large avocado

- 1 handful of cilantro

- ¼ cup olive oil

- 2-4 Tbsp. water

- lime juice from 1 lime

- 2 large garlic cloves

- 1 tsp. sea salt


1. In a food processor, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more water for a thinner dressing.

2. Pour into an airtight container and drizzle over anything in sight!

3. Store in the fridge. Dressing will last for about 5-7 days.
