Make Your Own Essential Oil Blends

December 11, 2020

Gift homemade essential oils to your friends and family this Christmas!

Instead of purchasing the more expensive, pre-blended essential oils, have fun mixing your favorite scents to match your mood. You can use the guide below to help you figure out which oils go well together and how they can improve your current mindset. For example, if you are looking for something to help you relax and breathe after a workout or a long day at the office, you can benefit from the “Breathe Blend.” Or, if you are looking for an afternoon pick-me-up, try the “Happy Hour Blend.” Once you become accustomed to how the oils work in tandem, you can try your hand at blending and see what wonderful scents you come up with.

If you have a diffuser, all you need to do it is fill it with water and add in the following recommended drops. If you do not have a diffuser,  just fill a pot with water and place it on the stove on high. Once it is about to boil, turn the heat off and add in your essential oils. If are looking to purchase your first box of essential oils and a diffuser, you can look for a beginner's set. After your initial purchase, you will be ready to start blending.

Try these blends below and let me know what you think!
